The academic year 2006-2007 at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences is divided into five periods, each approximately 8 weeks. The tuition starts on August 28, 2006. There are no separate examination periods but the examination dates are agreed upon between the students and the instructors. The course schedules are organised according to the periods and each course may last 1, 2, 3 or 4 periods.
Period I: August 28 - October 22, 2006
Period II: October 23 - December 22, 2006
Period III: January 8 - March 18, 2007
Period IV: March 19 - May 27, 2007
Period V: May 28 - June 19, 2007
Christmas break: December 23, 2006 - January 7, 2007
Tuition at the Faculty of Technology and Maritime Management will be arranged during the four first periods.
